Returns and Exchanges FAQs
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 5-7 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please contact support@lilybeanpacifiers.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a modification.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged products. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any opened packages.
Simply send us an email if you're not happy with your order within 30 days of receiving the products to start a return!
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
